Friday and Saturday by Darla...

Hey, I think I am going to be talking to myself here. Where'd everybody go? Are you all hiding out like I WANTED to do? Come on out of the woodwork cauz it's lonely here all by myself!

I didn't want to come on here because I been a slacker on my exercise and I have no excuses. I have to make a scheduled time or I keep saying to myself "I will later" and then I don't. Okay, guess now's better than never to make a time...I'll say 1:30pm until I can stop this pattern. I'm not throwing in the towel! I am only listing my menu and not calories and carbs, because I had a piece of my niece's birthday cake yesterday (we have a zillion birthdays in March, April, May and part of June in our family...If I eat cake, it will be a small piece and no ice cream) and we ordered out the night before...not too bad...could have been worse!

Me and hubby had what Gab calls an "us night" yesterday with no kid/s. It was nice just to be able to relax and talk without getting interrupted with questions I hope everybody's having a good weekend...now come back because I miss everybody! :)

Here's my menu for Friday:

Breakfast: low carb protein bar, black coffee
Lunch: none, bottle water
Dinner: Steak Salad (the kind that has french fries, steak & cheese on it) with their italian dressing, 1 piece garlic bread, bottle water
Snacks: serving nuts, 3 low carb popsicles

Water: 2 bottles water
Exercise: none

Here's my menu for Saturday:

Breakfast: low carb protein bar, black coffee
Lunch: I got these new Hershey's candy/low carb Snack bars & they're pretty good. I had one for lunch. They are small (1.1 oz) but only have 1 gram sugar. 14o calories, and only 1 CARB! Not bad to fill a sweet tooth if needed!, bottle water
Dinner: garden salad with Chicken meat, my italian dressing, 2 pieces whole grain bread, 2 Tbsps margarine, bottle water
Snacks: serving nuts, small piece white birthday cake, 2 low carb popsicles

Water: 2 bottles water
Exercise: none

We're here, we're here Darla, see post above yours! Bad weekend for time though. I'm about half way done with the final final paper in this course on multi-cultural. Then we'll have a week off before we pick up the course in cognition and affective behaviors UGH!

I'm all for those "date nights" with the sweeties! If you figure out how to get them to talk about feelings, let me know. The last comment I heard when I said I still feel angry was ... ok, good keep working on it, see you later.

I think if it helps at all, I'm going to head directly over to the treadmill right this instant; stopping only on Board walk to collect some royalties!

I am encouraged by everything pro-active you do. Thinking we all have "SUPER WOMAN POWER!!!"

YAYYYYY!
