I don't live in Seattle, but I feel like I do. It is still raining here. It is only 40,* and with the wind blowing like crazy it feels 20*. I am getting my treading and weights in, but regular walking has been impossible this week :( . The rain has given me time to play "Catch Up" a bit work wise, but other than that it sucks.
Looking over my menu's I once again see I consume to many calories late in the day (Most people do), in the summer that's not a issue because I often burn them off, but when it's cold like this that is terrible. So starting tomorrow I am going to try to change that. Wish me luck, I know the Nemesis will agree with me on it, but he will subconsciously do his best to hinder my attempts at it, but I shall try.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!

I'm with you Gab on the weather as a detractor of good spirit! I woke up this morning and went out to find snow on my car. I'd delegated previously the window scraper to the trunk!
I'm all for change ... It seems sometimes that's what life is about trying and trying again to get it right! Just think how many odds you've beaten already. Probably, you no longer worry about how to drive, if you are going to find someone to love you, and whether or not having kids is a good deal! No way of knowing the perfect combinations until they all get tried out.
Seems like with watching foods ... it's like, ok in such and such a mood with these particular odds ... this worked, or this didn't work. How do I set up the best next case scenario. Nothin to do, but try and try again while holding strongly to your faith in self and the almighty!
We're wishing you good luck with the new plan and hope that you will along the way include some more details as you are figuring it out!
Love you tons!

I wish you luck, Gab! This one would be a hard one for me to change too. I'm afraid I'd be up all night sleepwalking and eating. I don't want to start there again...getting over the midnight snack attacks was/is way hard!
Just don't eat your main meal too early in the day or you'll be starved at bedtime!
You're doing great! ;o) Darla
