Monday by Darla...

Just a short note for today. It's Nia's cranky time, but I needed a little break. Angela's keeping her amused for now. She is walking now...not just a step or two, but she takes off! It's so cute watching her walk. She seems too tiny to be doing that. Ang just came down looking pooped and needs a break, so I have to go. I hope you're feeling better soon, Gab, and that everyone's having a good week. Darla ;o)
Here's my menu and exercise for Monday:
Breakfast: low carb protein bar (200 calories, 2 carbs), black coffee (0 carbs, 0 calories)
Lunch: none, bottle water
Dinner: Salad with chicken breast meat (320 calories, 6 carbs), my ital dressing (120 calories, 1 carb), 2 whole grain bread (150 calories, 24 carbs), 2 Tbsps margarine (160 calories, 0 carbs), bottle water
Snacks: 1 1/2 servings peanuts~see, I can't control myself when they are not in single serving packs! (420 calories, 6 carbs), three low carb popsicles (75 calories, 9 carbs)
( 1,455 calories, 47 carbs)
Water: 2 bottles
Exercise: 10 minutes treadmill AND 1 mile on the stationary bike
