Sunday by Darla...

Hi girls! Sorry I didn't make it back here yesterday, but I had company and never made it that far. Earlier today, I was cleaning up my computer and lost my connection (wireless from our main computer upstairs). Anyway, it took me half the day to get it back on line today. At least this time, I didn't have to call India and run up and down the stairs trying to get it back up.

Sorry to hear you're sick, Gab, and hope you feel better soon. Get some rest you poor thing!

Thanks for the self-confidence boost, Ayn! That was a great article and I think you're right....We ARE doing great! Even if we go off track, at least we haven't given up, right? That's a lot better than I used to do. I think I started a diet every other Monday nearly my whole life, only to go off of it by noon the same day! Just like with life, we are all going to have good days and not so good ones...but commiting to wanting to change is the biggest and bravest step!

Speaking of brave, you all had better take a seat because I have something to tell you. I actually got on my stationary bike and did a whole mile after the treadmill today! I almost don't believe it myself! My calves might be sore tomorrow, but I'm going to try to add that in too. That's about it for me today. I will try to squeeze in posting tomorrow sometime, but I'm having Nia from tomorrow morning at 7:00 am until Wednesday at 6:00 pm. I'll be pooped out for sure!
