Thursday's menu by Darla...


Send that rain my way, Gab. I love rainy days! They are relaxing to me and makes the flowers grow faster. I have to agree that it is pretty darned cold now, though. I just wrote a post and an error came up and I lost it...I'm too lazy to try and do it all over again. I hope everybody has a good Friday!
Thursday's menu and exercise (or lack thereof):
Breakfast: low carb protein bar (200 calories, 2 carbs), black coffee (0 carbs, 0 calories)
Lunch: none, bottle water
Dinner: garden salad with chicken breast meat (320 calories, 6 carbs), my salad dressing (120 calories, 1 carb), 2 whole grain bread (150 calories, 24 carbs), 2 Tbsps margarine (160 calories, 0 carbs), bottle water
Snacks: three low carb popsicles (75 calories, 9 carbs), serving peanuts (340 calories, 5 carbs)
( 1,365 calories, 47 carbs)
Water: 2 bottles
Exercise: none :o( and I don't even have an excuse! uggh!
